We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours from confirmation of purchase.

Please do remember, as we are growing rapidly, and are still a new and small Australian Business, there may be some slight delays in processing orders due to the sheer quantity of orders we are getting as we are gaining popularity. We want your items to get to you as quick as possible and we will work both day and night to get it to you.

Average expected shipping times and costs for Australian orders are:

• Express 1-3 Business days. Cost: $14.00
• Standard 4-8 Business days. Cost $9.00

Average expected shipping times and costs for rest of the world:

• Standard shipping 6-12 business days. Cost $30.00

Please note; all items purchased and sent will come with a tracking number that will be sent to you directly upon pick up & dispatch.

All shipping times for international shipping exclude clearance/customs delays.

Customs and Duties :

Please note: we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel and Nug & Co is not liable for any customs taxes or duties. If you do refuse to pay the customs fees that are charged and the order is returned to us, any fees that are applicable for the return of the parcel to us will be deducted from the refund of your order (please note original shipping fees cannot be refunded either).

Also note, as a registered business we are unable to ship international orders as a ‘gift’ and all shipments must be declared as ‘merchandise’.
